New hope for tough prostate cancer: experimental drug enters human testing

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called INV-9956 for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapies and chemotherapy. The first part aims to find a safe dose, and the second part will look for early signs that the drug can slow or shrink tumors. It is enrolling about 84 adult men who have already tried other treatments.

ADVANCED METASTATIC CASTRATION RESISTANT PROSTATE CANCER
