Spinal morphine may ease pain and speed recovery after colon cancer surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether giving morphine into the spine (intrathecal) before laparoscopic colon cancer surgery helps patients feel better and recover faster. About 252 adults having this surgery will be invited to join. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain, cuts down on other painkillers, and improves overall recovery quality.
