First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at 100 women having laparoscopic surgery for gynecologic cancers. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure the optic nerve sheath diameter (a marker of pressure inside the skull) under two different gas pressure levels in the abdomen. The goal is to see if lower pressure reduces brain pressure risk during surgery.
