Bone needle IV studied in blood emergency patients

Summary
This study looks at using a needle placed into the bone (intraosseous infusion) to quickly give fluids and medicines to critically ill patients with blood diseases. About 52 adults aged 18-65 will take part. The main goal is to see how often the needle works on the first try and how well it helps treat the patient. Researchers will also check for side effects like infection or fat clots.
