First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether showing parents live video of their child's teeth and gums helps improve brushing and oral health knowledge more than standard verbal instructions. About 40 children aged 5-7 and their parents will be split into two groups: one gets real-time camera views, the other gets standard teaching. Researchers will check plaque, gum health, and parent knowledge after one month.
