Summary
This study tests whether a lidocaine nasal spray can reduce pain and the need for strong opioid drugs during partial turbinectomy (nose) surgery. Researchers will enroll 50 adults undergoing this surgery. The goal is to see if the spray helps patients recover faster and with less discomfort.
