Summary

This study tested a single dose of a nasal spray called ARS-1 to see if it can quickly relieve itching and hives during flare-ups in adults with frequent hives. Twenty-one participants received either the spray or a placebo and reported their symptoms using a simple score. The goal was to find out how fast and how long the spray works compared to a placebo.
