AI and MRI join forces to predict dangerous brain aneurysms

NCT ID NCT07335029

First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at how brain aneurysms (weak spots in blood vessels) change over time. Researchers use high-resolution MRI scans and computer algorithms to find patterns that might predict if an aneurysm will get worse. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors decide which patients need closer monitoring, without any new treatments being tested. About 208 people with this condition are taking part.
