Summary
This study aims to adapt the InterRAI-HC, a comprehensive assessment tool for home care, into Turkish. Researchers will test its reliability and compare it to current standard forms. The study involves 36 caregivers of people aged 65 and older receiving home health services in Kars, Turkey. The goal is to create a better way to evaluate and plan care for elderly patients at home.
