Summary
This study will adapt a Canadian assessment tool called InterRAI-HC for use in Turkish home health services. Researchers will test its accuracy and compare it to current methods in 36 caregivers of people aged 65 and older. The goal is to create a better way to evaluate and plan care for older adults receiving home health care.
