Summary

This study tested whether combining mental health care with job coaching helps people on sick leave due to burnout, adjustment disorder, or stress return to work sooner. Over 600 participants from four Danish municipalities received either stepped mental health care, integrated care plus vocational support, or usual care. The main goal was to see how quickly they could return to work for more than four weeks.
