First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests two drug combinations for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (EGFR-mutant NSCLC). One group gets a new drug (amivantamab) plus a targeted pill (lazertinib) as their first treatment. Another group gets amivantamab plus chemotherapy after their cancer stopped responding to earlier targeted therapy. The main goal is to see how these combos affect the immune system inside tumors. About 80 adults will take part.
