Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week breathing muscle training program can improve lung function, diaphragm health, and heart response in healthy adult swimmers. Thirty-four swimmers will either do real breathing training or use a fake device. The goal is to see if this training helps them swim faster and feel less tired.
