Summary
This study tests whether using a device called PowerBreathe can improve lung function, exercise ability, and quality of life in female athletes. Twenty-one athletes will use the device for 10 weeks, then take a break, and then train without it. The goal is to see if the device makes a real difference in their breathing and sports performance.
