Summary

This study tests whether training the muscles used to breathe in can help people with ALS maintain their breathing strength for as long as possible. The researchers will measure changes in lung function and muscle pressure in 44 participants with early-stage ALS. The goal is to improve respiratory health and potentially slow down breathing complications.
