Summary
This study looked at whether teaching primary care doctors better ways to treat insomnia can help their patients sleep better. About 485 patients with insomnia symptoms completed surveys about their sleep. Some doctors received special training, while others continued their usual care. The main goal was to see if the training led to fewer insomnia symptoms after two months.
