Summary

This study follows 313 people who received the Insignia Hip Stem during total hip replacement surgery to see how well the implant works and how safe it is over 10 years. Participants have conditions like hip arthritis, avascular necrosis, or fractures. The main goals are to measure implant survival and hip function using the Harris Hip Score.
