First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether a gene test can help doctors pick the best second-line chemotherapy for people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR+ metastatic). About 64 participants will receive the drug capecitabine, and researchers will track how long their cancer stays under control. The goal is to see if using gene signatures leads to better survival and fewer side effects.
