Summary
This study compares cricket protein (a sustainable insect protein) to whey protein (from milk) to see if they are equally effective at building muscle after exercise. Researchers will measure muscle growth and strength in 34 healthy adults who already do resistance training at least 3 times per week. Participants will take a daily protein supplement and follow a 12-week training program.
