Summary
This study tests an oral drug called INS018_055 in 40 adults with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a lung-scarring disease. The main goal is to check the drug's safety over 12 weeks. Participants are randomly assigned to receive the drug or a placebo.
