Summary

This study tested the drug inotuzumab ozogamicin in 44 Chinese adults with a specific type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that had returned or not responded to prior treatments. The goal was to confirm how well the drug works and how safe it is for this patient group. The drug is designed to target and kill leukemia cells that have a marker called CD22 on their surface.
