Summary
This study tests a 3-month mobile health cardiac rehab program for 250 adults who have chest pain or other symptoms of heart ischemia but no blocked arteries (INOCA). Participants will either use a smartphone app with activity tracking, weekly coaching, and exercise logging, or receive usual care. The goal is to see if the app-based program improves symptoms, daily function, and quality of life.
