Summary

This study tests an herbal supplement called INM176 in 45 men with prostate cancer whose PSA levels are rising after prior treatment or who are on active surveillance. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the supplement can stabilize or lower PSA levels over six months. Participants will take daily oral capsules and be monitored for side effects and PSA changes.
