Summary
This study tests two monthly buprenorphine shots (Sublocade and Brixadi) in 60 incarcerated adults with opioid use disorder who are about to be released from prison. The goal is to see which shot helps them stay in treatment longer after returning to the community, and whether letting people choose their medication improves results. Participants receive injections before and after release and are followed for six months.
