Hands-On therapy tested for stubborn shoulder pain
NCT ID NCT07232316
Summary
This study tested whether a specific hands-on physical therapy technique (called INIT) works better than standard exercises for young adults with a shoulder blade movement problem. 82 participants received either the INIT treatment or a conventional exercise program three times a week for six weeks. Researchers measured shoulder motion, muscle strength, and shoulder blade position to see which approach was more helpful.
