First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looked at 90 women with infertility who were taking clomiphene citrate to stimulate ovulation. Researchers wanted to see if adding vaginal estradiol or oral guaifenesin could improve pregnancy rates by counteracting clomiphene's side effects on the uterine lining and cervical mucus. The goal was to find a simple way to increase the chances of getting pregnant.
