Summary

This study tests whether injections of incobotulinumtoxinA (a type of botulinum toxin) can improve hand function in people with focal hand dystonia, a condition causing involuntary muscle contractions. About 48 adults with this condition will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the treatment reduces difficulty with handwriting.
