Summary

This study tests whether starting the drug inclisiran early in the hospital can lower bad cholesterol more than a placebo in people with acute coronary syndrome (a serious heart condition). About 300 adults hospitalized for a heart attack or unstable angina will receive either inclisiran or a placebo alongside standard care. The goal is to see if inclisiran helps patients reach healthier cholesterol levels by day 150.
