Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called INCB177054, given alone or with another immunotherapy drug, in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or stopped responding to available treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment causes the tumors to shrink. It is for patients who have run out of standard treatment options.
