New combo aims to shrink breast tumors before standard therapy

Summary
This study tests whether adding a new drug (INBRX-106) to an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) can shrink breast tumors before standard treatment. About 12 adults with stage II or III triple-negative breast cancer will receive the combo for two cycles. The goal is to see if the tumor shrinks by at least 30% on ultrasound.
