Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, inavolisib and eribulin, in people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has a specific genetic change (PIK3CA mutation) and has not responded to at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 26 participants will be enrolled. This is an early-phase trial, so the main focus is safety and effectiveness.
