Summary
This early-phase study tests a drug called inavolisib, alone or with immunotherapy (atezolizumab or pembrolizumab), in 30 adults with cancers that have a specific genetic change (PIK3CA mutation), including advanced head and neck cancer. The main goals are to check safety and see if the tumors shrink. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
