Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called IN10028 in 75 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors when used alone or with other cancer drugs. This is a first step to see if the drug is safe enough for larger studies.
