First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tested a new drug called IN10018, alone or with other medicines, in 51 adults with metastatic melanoma (skin cancer that has spread). The main goal was to check safety and how the body handles the drug. Researchers also looked for signs that the drug could shrink tumors. The study included people with two hard-to-treat types: uveal melanoma and NRAS-mutant melanoma.
