Operating room or sim lab? study seeks best way to train surgical teams

Summary
This study compares training healthcare teams in a real operating room (in-situ simulation) versus a simulation center. About 108 professionals from a surgical center will participate. The goal is to see which setting better improves teamwork, technical skills, and patient safety. This research does not test a treatment or cure, but aims to improve how teams learn and work together.
