Summary

This study aims to see if a quick patient history and physical exam can help doctors identify when low back pain comes from the sacroiliac joint, rather than relying only on X-rays or MRIs. Researchers will enroll 140 adults with chronic low back or buttock pain. The goal is to improve diagnosis so patients get the right treatment faster.
