First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called RN-SLEEP to help nurses who work night shifts get better sleep and feel less tired. The app teaches simple skills like relaxation and goal-setting to overcome sleep problems caused by work and home life. About 76 nurses will try the app or receive standard education, and their sleep will be tracked with a motion sensor and surveys. The goal is to improve nurse health and safety by making better sleep easier to achieve.
