First seen Dec 24, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study aims to improve how we measure children's recovery and experience after surgery. Researchers will translate and test a recovery scale for Danish children aged 4-12 and develop a new questionnaire to capture kids' own views on their hospital stay. By involving 250 children, the goal is to reduce anxiety and improve care by truly listening to young patients.
