Inclusion Criteria: * Adult patients * Presence of a joint prosthesis. * Clinical suspicion of chronic periprosthetic joint infection. * Scheduled for diagnostic arthroscopy and/or open surgical evaluation as part of standard care. * Written informed consent provided.
