First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study aims to increase colorectal cancer screening among African Americans aged 45-72 who get care at community health centers in Michigan. Participants will learn about screening options (colonoscopy, stool tests) and choose one. Then they are randomly assigned to receive usual care, a standard message, or a culturally targeted message to see which helps them follow through with screening.
