First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests a clinic-wide program called Primary Care-GI Connect to improve follow-up colonoscopy rates in people who had an abnormal stool-based colorectal cancer screening test (FIT). The program helps coordinate care, standardize referrals, and engage doctors. About 1,500 patients from a large health center will take part to see if the program increases the number of people who get the needed colonoscopy.
