Summary

This study tests a group therapy program called IMPROVE for university students struggling with problematic internet use. The program combines cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and social exercise over 8 weeks. Researchers will enroll 600 students aged 18-30 with moderate to severe internet addiction to see if the therapy reduces their symptoms compared to a waitlist group.
