Summary

This study looks at whether being admitted to a hospital bed that doesn't match what the emergency doctor recommended affects a patient's chance of dying. Researchers will follow about 2,766 adults who need to be hospitalized after an ER visit. The goal is to see if the right bed placement matters for survival.
