Summary
This study aimed to see if two different capsule strengths of the experimental cancer drug IMP4297 are absorbed by the body in the same way. It involved 28 healthy Chinese male volunteers who took single doses of the drug on separate occasions while fasting. The main goal was to measure and compare drug levels in the blood over time to ensure the different capsule strengths are equivalent.
