Summary
This study tests a new treatment called IMNN-001, a gene therapy that boosts the immune system, given together with standard chemotherapy for people newly diagnosed with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. The goal is to see if the combination helps keep the cancer from growing longer than chemotherapy alone. About 130 participants are randomly assigned to receive either the combination or standard treatment.
