First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab alone or with tremelimumab) to a type of internal radiation therapy (Y-90 SIRT) can shrink tumors in people with advanced bile duct cancer that has not spread beyond the liver. About 50 adults with this rare liver cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the combination improves response rates and is safe.
