First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding targeted radiation (SBRT) to standard immunotherapy can improve tumor shrinkage in people with advanced cancer that has spread. About 106 participants received either immunotherapy alone or combined with radiation. The goal was to see if the combination leads to better response rates and how safe the treatment is.
