NCT ID NCT06083454
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 37 times
Summary
This early-phase study aimed to see if adding high-dose vitamin C to the immunotherapy drug durvalumab could boost the immune system's attack on non-small cell lung cancer before surgery. Only one person took part before the trial was ended. The main goal was to measure immune cell changes in the tumor, not to cure the disease.
