This study looks at how biomarkers (like DNA in the blood) can help predict whether immunotherapy will work for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Researchers will collect blood and tissue samples from about 535 participants to understand treatment response and find better second-line options for those whose cancer progresses.
