First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at how the immune system changes in people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer after they receive chemotherapy with radiation followed by the drug durvalumab. The goal is to find markers that could predict how well the treatment works. About 45 adults will take part, and the study is observational, meaning no new treatments are tested.
